Beginning Monday, June 1st, we will be open exclusively to Cowley employees and dorm residents.
On Monday, June 8th, the Wellness Center will extend its availability to Cowley College employee's family household members.
For those of you that have not visited the Wellness Center in more than one year and plan to use it once we reopen, click here for the biographical form for you to complete and bring with you.
Our hours of operation will be 5AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. Please be aware that we have new policies in place and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Staying active helps in many ways, including keeping your immune system strong. The Wellness Center has created some videos of exercise routines you can try at home!
The Ben Cleveland Wellness Center is open to Cowley College students and adults within the community. The center is located at 201 W. Fifth Avenue in Arkansas City, Kansas.
Participants have the option of paying a membership fee or enrolling in a physical conditioning or weight-training course for college credit.
The Wellness Center features an aerobic circuit, cardiovascular machines, weight machines, free-weight room, warm-up area, and locker rooms.

Family Memberships are $30.00 per month. Family Memberships are $300.00 per year.
(Any in household over 14)
Cost for a Corporate Membership Plan is based on number of participants.
Student Membership per semester is $25.00 for full-time student.

Corporate memberships, family plans, individual memberships and senior citizen discounts are available.
The goal of the center is to enhance a person's cardiovascular and respiratory endurance and increase muscle strength, tone, and flexibility.
