Cowley College writers attend Nicholas Sparks event

Marlys Cervantes and Ryan Doom took five Cowley College writers to see bestselling author Nicholas Sparks speak in Tulsa at Cascia Hall. The writers learned tips from the author as he talked about his experiences over his years writing, including that of his new novel, Dreamland. Each student received a copy of Sparks’ new novel and the chance to be photographed with him after the event. read more

Ever popular “The Addams Family” to be performed at Cowley College Oct. 14-16

As Cowley College celebrates its 100th year, the school’s Theatre Department plans to start with a bang by performing The Addams Family, A New Musical Comedy based on the book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. The show will be performed at 7:30 p.m. October 14-15 and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 16. read more
