Kratt attends McGraw-Hill Composition Course Leaders Symposium

Cowley College Humanities Instructor Julie Kratt participated in the McGraw-Hill Composition Course Leaders Symposium Feb. 7-9 in Tempe, Arizona. This by-invitation-only event gathered composition and co-requisite instructors from across the country to network with both colleagues and publishing professionals to share best practices and to give feedback about new digital products. read more

Lady Tiger softball wins three of four

Returning to the field for the first time in 11 days, the No. 5-ranked Cowley College softball team bounced back from a 7-6 extra inning loss to Connors State College in the first game of Wednesday’s home doubleheader to run-rule the Cowgirls 9-1 in the nightcap. The following day the Lady Tigers swept a doubleheader at the Sterling College JV by scores of 14-4 and 10-0. read more

Tiger baseball team defeats a pair of Oklahoma schools

The No. 6-ranked Cowley College baseball team erupted for 26 runs in a pair of wins in Edmond, OK, on Thursday. The Tigers opened with a 14-1 win over Eastern Oklahoma before defeating Northeastern Oklahoma A&M 12-8. read more

Tigers can't hold 11-point halftime lead in loss to Cloud

The Cowley College men's basketball team went cold in the second half of Monday's home game against Cloud County as they watched an 11-point halftime lead turn into a 78-75 defeat. Cloud out-shot Cowley 59 percent to 30 percent in the second half and held the Tigers to 5-of-28 shooting from three-point range. read more

Lady Tigers improve to 15-0 at home

The Cowley College women's basketball team continued its stellar play at home with an 89-81 win over Cloud County Monday night at W.S. Scott Auditorium. The Lady Tigers are now 15-0 at home and have won 19 straight home games dating back to last season. read more
